Manage efficient/creative/fast-paced full-cycle recruiting strategies to support the company's growth plan Facilitate development of staffing processes/strategies Analyze relevant data/trends to provide insight/set plans to meet hiring goals Lead the optimization of staffing policies/systems/processes throughout the organization Strengthen the employment brand on various social media platforms Requirements (IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE, DON'T APPLY) BS/BA degree Minimum 5 years' experience in talent acquisition (preferably in a retail organization) 2 years' supervisory experience Must have expertise in identifying/implementing/optimizing relevant recruiting technologies/social media tools Proven experience with leveraging social media tools Advanced skills in MS Office Recent experience with ATS (preferably a Ceridian product) Client requests resumes be submitted in Word Doc format, '97-2003, with contact information outside of a header Please tell us:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
