Agency Accounting Support Specialist
Job Description:
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze data involving all aspects of Agent Compensation, including commissions, bonuses, and accountingSubmit requests for programming changes to existing compensation structuresCoordinate testing efforts across business units prior to implementation of new programmingPrepare both recurring and ad-hoc reports to support department functions and testingPrepare correspondence and financial data for legal matters and regulatory complianceMake recommendations for the improvement of existing reporting processesAssist Management Team with various tasks pertinent to Department operations.
Required SkillsExcellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus.
Ability to multi-task and easily adapt to changing priorities and/or deadlinesAbility to work independently or in a group to accomplish tasksVery organized and pays great attention to detailSelf-motivated quick-learnerPosting Date:
