Job Description:
American Income Life has openings for Life Underwriter Trainees.
The Life Underwriter Trainee will review medical information received to determine the appropriate course of action on applications.
This includes, but is not limited to, screening life insurance applications, identification of medication data, analyzing risks, and assessing adverse health information Job Summary and Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs an Underwriter Trainee, you will begin your career in a formalized training program eventually progressing to Staff Underwriter.
You will be responsible for assessing risk for insurance applicants by reviewing application data, health information, prescription history, and other pertinent information to make a final decision on life and health insurance applications within established company guidelines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
