Estimator/Program Specialist -Audit Dept.

This job is located in Waco, TX. Must be willing to work from this location.

Summary:
The objective of the Program Specialist is to support any of Rainbow's Program accounts, Rainbow Franchise owners. This is to be done through introducing support tools such as invoice auditing and software support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Work directly with the Audit Department to review invoices and assure accurate formatting, pricing and billing
2. Work with franchisees to handle Xactimate & Xactnet to resolve issues with uploading assignments.
3. Provide support to the FC's on franchise issues dealing with any of Rainbow's program
work.
4. Provide software support as needed for Rainbow Manager
5. Act, as liaison between Rainbow's program customers and franchisees as needed to resolve
problems and quantify customer satisfaction.
6. Work with new franchisees on helping them to set up their Xactimate and Xactnet programs
8. Perform other duties as required by management. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred. Working knowledge of Xactimate & Xactnet programs.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conforms to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to be comfortable in dealing with business mathematics, particularly in reading and understanding financial statements. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
