Summary:
The Analyst - Reimbursement performs third party reimbursement reporting including cost report preparation, coordination of audits, and monitoring of regulation changes.
Responsibilities:
-Prepares cost reports and maintains all related documentation.
-Analyzes regulations and calculates financial impact of changes in reimbursement.
-Prepares, monitors and reconciles reimbursement reports.
-Maintains current knowledge of regulatory changes and communicates changes as needed.
Education &
Experience:
-1 year of healthcare reimbursement or related experience required.
-2 years preferred.
-Associate's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field from an accredited program required.
-Bachelor's degree preferred.
