Restaurant General Manager-Casual Full Service

The GM will be responsible to:
o Interview, hire, train, schedule, conduct Team Member performance reviews and increase employee retention o Manage all costs, including food, beverage, and labor costs as well as quality control o Improve restaurant profitability o Establish/maintain good business/community relations and implement local store marketing programs o Develop sales techniques to increase revenues while applying strategies for 100% Guest satisfaction Job Requirements A qualified General Manager will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a college degree or some college in hotel & restaurant management or business.
o 2 - 4 years of GM experience and a past history operating high-volume sales in excess of $3-4 million o Strong culinary aptitude from work and/or educational experiences along with self-motivation and organization with the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines o Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment as part of a team of professionals o Strong attention to detail o Professional, respectful, and flexible to adapt to change when required o Great people skills and ability to give effective presentations Benefits The selected General Manager can look forward to a great place to work that is always fun!
