Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
While majority of this role is in office there may be occasional travel needed to different properties.
Previous office experience preferred.
No previous real estate experience required.
This position starts on part time basis with possibilty of becoming full time based on performance.
Duties - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes - Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with document preparation, including drafting emails, memos, and reports - File and organize documents, both physical and electronic - Perform general administrative tasks as needed Requirements - Proven experience as an Office Administrator Assistant or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to work under stress If you are a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
