Associate, Support Operations (Video Operations)
A Video Operations Technician at Capital One will perform a variety of tasks to ensure Audio Visual, Zoom, Digital Signage and Cafe platforms are fully operational. You will support and maintain the corporate and retail spaces as designed and approved.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support through remote access tools to resolve internal end user issues and achieve first call resolution
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to tickets, calls, chats, or in-person service requests
Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve software and hardware issues
Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate tickets for end users
Perform other tasks as needed and instructed by your manage
Support and maintain technology
Document and maintain Asset Inventory Database
Manage incidents in the Enterprise Ticket system
Support Poly Platform - Endpoints and Infrastructure (RPRM & DMA)
Support Zoom Platform - Upgrade and Manage Zoom Devices through the Dashboard
Support Digital Signage Platform
Perform Preventive Maintenance on technology
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Perform On-call duty rotation
Perform After-hour and weekend Project work as needed
Perform Remote support of enterprise devices
Perform Remote support of fellow team members and other sites
Manage Vendor relationships
Operations Staff is to report On-Site Monday through Friday (essential personnel)
Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of Technical Operations experience
At least 1 year of experience with IT systems and infrastructure
At least 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
At least 1 year of with incident management and reporting tools
Preferred
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering

years of experience in TCP/IP networking2
years of experience with Service Now ticketing system2
years of experience with Architectural and Wiring Drawings2
years of experience in room control systems (Crestron or AMX)2
years of experience with Audio Digital Sound Processing, Digital Sound Consoles, or Digital Lighting Consoles2
years of experience with Cloud based video conference platforms2
years of mobile device support
