HR Generalist 2 (Advanced Excel – PowerBI, Microsoft Flow)
Position Contributions to Work Group:
Supporting HR department Distribution Center 4 days, Work Tools 1 day.
Typical task breakdown:
Supporting Production Employee HR requests
Leave/Policy Administration
Answering Benefit Questions
Supporting Recruiting and Onboarding Initiatives
Coordinating Learning and Development Coordinating HR Operational Processes (Unemployment Insurance, Investigations, Organizational Structure Changes, Pay Changes
Executing Communications Plan
Willing to work outside of scheduled hours. Manage social media pages for Waco Facility.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor s degree in business Admin, Human Resources, or equivalent field. 2-4 years of professional business or Human Resources experience.
Industrial/Manufacturing Environment Experience preferred.
Technical Skills (Required)
Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel PowerBI, Microsoft Flow)
Data Analytics
Experience with social media content/postings

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
