- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or special requests - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a positive work environment.
