Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills:
- Computer literacy - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred -Bilingual preferred This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment with a supportive team.
