Essential Functions:
Develop intimate knowledge of Construction Drawings, Project Specifications, and Construction Contracts.
Estimate Structural Steel Components within Construction Documents.
Review Project Specifications & Construction Contracts.
Develop Material & Labor Pricing.
Collect and interpret Vendor Pricing.
Develop knowledge of steel market pricing.
Write complete proposals for high value structural steel construction projects.
Develop & Maintain Relationships with Clients & Vendors.
Efficiently & effectively meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills are a necessity.
Ability to develop relationships with Clients and Vendors.
Excellent Professional Writing Skills preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using Bluebeam and Tekla a plus.
Construction Industry Experience would be a plus.
