Summary:
As a Machine Operator I at Hello Bello, you'll be a crucial part of transforming raw materials into exceptional diapers.
Your responsibilities include timely material integration, efficient machine operation, and upkeep during downtimes.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the raw materials lift driver to ensure timely supply of materials.
Verify item numbers and core tags against the BOM for accuracy.
Scan LPNs to place materials accurately in designated locations.
Load and splice materials onto the machine with precision.
Monitor raw material usage by the machine and take proactive measures.
Assist downstairs operators with issues and maintain the line during downtime.
Tackle additional tasks to support production as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (preferred) Proficient in written and spoken English.
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred) Friendly with strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Effective problem-solving and communication abilities.
