Much of this activity requires daily tasks and administrative work that happens behind the scenes and without a lot of public excitement, but all put together, mixed with our teams' own particular skill sets allows for the greater fulfillment of our broader corporate mission - development by design.

Modern office setting Food provided The Front of House Manager works under the Venue manager and Dining Liason to ensure all events at Stories are executed in an excellent professional manner.
They will work in conjunction with STORIES and BRU to carry out the mission and vision of Anthem at large.
This individual must be a responsible and independent worker, demonstrate availability and flexibility, have a working knowledge of business leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to participate in all the various aspects of Anthem's business operations.
This position also requires a passion for operational excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to quickly and efficiently lead through unforeseen complexity.
The Front of House Manager must maintain a healthy value system, including moral and ethical behavior that is consistent with the company's mission and core values.
This job has supervisory responsibilities.
The FOH Manager supervises the STORIES location and the team within it.
They will supervise anywhere from 5-20 people at any given time.

Experience:
2 years of previous experience as a FOH Manager, Event Manager, or in a similar role required, 5 preferred Working knowledge and experience with forecasting models, databases, and project management software Understanding of financial and accounting principals, including understanding of business ROI Working knowledge of marketing and sales activities, as well as customer service principles Working knowledge of relevant local, state and federal legislation and regulations Experience managing a variety of departments and cross-functional teams As FOH Manager, they are responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing team of personnel and are accountable for overseeing the plan, control, and daily operations for all aspects of STORIES.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
