Outside Services/Cart Attendant

- Greet and assist guests with their carts upon arrival and departure - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart staging areas - Monitor cart availability and retrieve carts from parking areas as needed - Assist guests with loading and unloading items into their vehicles - Ensure the safety of guests by following proper cart handling procedures - Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests - Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests and provide information - Experience working with children is preferred as there may be interactions with families - Previous experience in guest services, food service, or events management is a plus - Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact - Cash handling experience is desired for processing payments and providing change - Knowledge of theater operations or lifeguard certification is beneficial for special events Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Additionally, flexibility in scheduling is necessary as cart attendants may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
