Job Description:
This job assists the Technical Coordinators in transporting & setting up equipment & decorations to various locations on campus for university events.
Duties include, Room checks, equipment inventory, helping event clients and other duties assigned by supervisor Must be able to lift 50lbs, have an understanding of presentation software, virtual meeting software, audio equipment & classroom touch panels.
Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility Provide excellent customer service to clients Ability to prioritize and take initiative Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance Employer:
