THE BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GENERAL MANAGER INCLUDE:
Ensuring Safety & Profitability while adhering to the Glaser Group's Business Plan.
Producing Manager Schedules, Requests/Punches & Approvals.
Submit Daily & Weekly Deposits, Payroll & Safe Accountability & Audits.
Working with the Kitchen Dept Manager on these Initiatives:
o Food Safety Checks & Calibrationso Operating Supply Inventory & Orderingo Monitor Kitchen Operational Metrics and TargetsWork with the Guest Service Manger on these Initiatives:
o Hospitality Standards & Overall Guest Satisfactiono POP and Signage o Monitor Operational Metrics and TargetsWork with the People Department Manager on these Initiatives:
o Ongoing Crew Training o Crew Promotions, Recognition & Turnover o Crew Schedules The General Manager will report to directly the Area Supervisor.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR A GENERAL MANAGER SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
McDonald's Managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent.
Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a Major plus.
Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
The General Manager should be available to work an average of 45-48 hours a week.
o Includes a mix of dayparts to address restaurant needs.
