They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they deliver exceptional service in a manner that upholds the Moroso standard Company Values:

certified (required by law) Proficiency and knowledge in Steps of Fine Dining Service Comprehensive Menu Knowledge including Wine/Beer products Help patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explain chef's specials, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions Maintain table setting by pre-bussing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
POS knowledge:
ability to take, edit, fire orders through Touchbistro and well as handle cash and credit card transactions Able to successfully work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills both written and verbal Must be able to work Holidays (i.
e.
Mother's Day, Graduation, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas) Performs any additional duties assigned by management Qualifications High School or equivalent 2 years of service experience preferred Excellent time management skills Ability to work in fast paced environment and follow direction Reliable Transportation' ' Work Remotely No Job Types:
