Job Description:
As a counselor for Baylor REC Camp, staff will be responsible for the supervision, activities, and investment of campers under the leadership of the Campus Recreation team.
Counselors will help lead games and sports such as basketball, kickball, gymnastics, and dodgeball; assist with activities such as swimming, rock climbing, and the marina; facilitate small-group discussion and invest into campers; maintain order, provide care, resolve conflict, and set a positive example for the campers.
Campers vary in ages from 6 to 12.
Counselors must be positive role models, live an active lifestyle, and enjoy working with youth.
Current Baylor students and recent graduates are preferred.
