Summary An HR Administrative Assistant supports the Target team with onboarding new hires and promote a positive employee engagement.
This role allows an excellent opportunity to learn more of Human Resources and gain a wide range of valuable skills and experience.
In this position you will be able to make contributions in creating a great company culture while working with others in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update databases/files pertaining to current employees, new hires and terminated employees.
Assist in new employee on-boarding, liaison between Corporate Human Resources Facilitates tours and introductions for new hires.
Assist with new hire paperwork and benefits eligibility.
Ensuring new hire documents are completed and assist in equipment setup.
Assist with other office administration duties as need and directed by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education:
Completed or enrolled in bachelor's degree program in human resources or business administration, or has related experience in human resources field for 2
years.
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
Previous work experience in HR or Administrative duties Teamwork experience Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of HR software, ADP Workforce now and ETime a plus Organizational and time management skills Strong communication and written skills
