The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the human resources field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on employee issues.
Advise management on organizational development and staffing needs.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and implement performance management systems.
Provide guidance on employee benefits and compensation plans.
