The tasks and responsibilities required of a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk are outlined below:
Responsible for the daily set up and workload distribution of the department.
Coordinate the receipt of inbound materials from various vendors.
Responsible for monthly billing and invoice processing of vendor storage services.
Responsible for distributing and reconciling weekly cycle counts.
As a key point of contact with the customer, responsible for maintaining open communication and a high level of satisfaction and service to our customers.
Receive the BOL for inbound trailers from the carrier's driver.
Track the arrival and departure times of inbound loads by entering data into an EXCEL spreadsheet.
Stage BOL for pickup by Warehouse Associate to receive and unload the trailer.
Once trailer has been unloaded, receive processed documentation from Warehouse Associate.
Ensure that all outbound documentation is complete and accurate.

Approval signatures, quantities match) Print and complete the BOL to prepare for pickup.
Inspect and sample raw materials, obtain samples and process for testing.
Inbound responsibilities include ensuring the proper unloading of trailers, transporting and put-away of product to insure product is not damaged.
Outbound responsibilities include the picking, transporting and loading of product into trailers.
Responsible to perform scheduled and periodic audits of product to ensure inventory accuracy.
Build and breakdown pallets of product for exports.
Inspects MHE and completes preoperational checklists.
In the performance of duties will be required to operate a variety of material handling equipment including deep reach and stand-up forklifts, slip sheet machines, stock pickers and rider-walkies.
Exhibits safe behaviors and practices in the workplace to include wearing required PPE.
Must ensure adherence to procedures related to the segregation of allergen materials.
Ability to work independently while meeting quality, service and productivity standards.
Perform other duties as assigned The skills and qualifications required for a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk are outlined below:
High school education or GED.
Strong communication and customer service focus.
Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
Strong ability to multitask.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Basic PC skills.
(Data entry, MANMAN, SAP, YMS, Outlook and Excel spreadsheets.
) Must have Forklift experience (Sit down and Stand up reach lift) Weekend Shift:
Saturday, Sunday, Monday.
